Brother Firefighters deployed to Iraq - New Castle, DE

Today numerous members of the company along with Ladder 44, 44-2, and 44-4 traveled to New Castle County Airport to attend the Deployment Ceremony for the 238th Aviation Regiment of the Delaware Army National Guard. Of the 72 men and women being deployed, two are members of the CHC, Lt. Tom Emerson IV and CW2 Chris Hammond. Both are UH-60 Blackhawk pilots that will be deployed to Iraq for approximately 12 months. All of us here at the CHC wish them both a safe tour of duty, and a speedy return. We'll see you in 12 months to welcome you both home.
