Tonight we held our annual awards ceremony for all of our Fire Prevention Poster and Essay Contest award winners. We had over 85 children and family members in attendance, in addition to two principals, several teachers, our Fire Prevention Queens, and 25 members of our company. All of the winners received a trophy, certificate, and a gift card. After the awards were presented, the children got to tour all the apparatus and get plenty of pictures. The Ladies Auxiliary prepared some refreshments and snacks to complete the evening.
A special thank you to everyone involved and especially the teachers and children for taking such an active role in Fire Prevention.
