APPARATUS FOR SALE

The Citizens' Hose Company is selling a 1989 Kenworth T800 and 1986 Brenner/4Guys 6,000 gallon trailer. The trailer was purchased new in 1986 and the tractor was purchased used in 1994 and have been in service ever since. The tractor has 603,220 miles and is powered by a Cummins Big Cam 350 with an Eaton 9 speed transmission. The engine was rebuilt in 2008 and only has 1,000 miles on it since then. The tractor has a Jacob's Braking System (Jake Brake), differential locking axle, air bag suspension and high idle system. The tractor has Goodyear G395LHS 285/75R24.5 tires with Alcoa aluminum rims (steer) and Goodyear G572LHD 285/75R24.5 tires with Alcoa aluminum rims (tandem). The tractor is fitted with a Federal Signal PA300 electronic siren system, a LED light bar, LED grill lights and bumper lights. The trailer has a Hale Model GF-O 1,000 GPM pump powered by a Ford VSG-413 1.3L power unit (1,727 hours) and a Coleman 4000 watt Powermate generator powered by Briggs & Stratton 8HP engine. The trailer is fitted with an onboard 20 gallon fuel tank and Motorola PA/Speaker system. The trailer has 275/80R24.5 tires with Alcoa aluminum rims. The trailer is fitted with red warning lights and (4) Quartz scene lights. The trailer has (2) 3" intakes on the rear, (2) 5" discharges and (2) 3" discharges mounted under the tank. The tanker is being sold as a complete unit and will not be split. The tanker does not come with any tools, couplings, hose radios or SCBA. There is a minimum bid of $25,000.
